Some digital sketches

I have been doing some likeness projects at work and have been finding it really challenging.  However, the more I have done, the better I am getting about really "seeing" the faces.  To that end I have been trying to do some extra sketches to try and improve my eye.

Anyway, here are my first couple of offerings.
